What's Happening on Peggie's Front Porch?
Nothing!!!

My tree's quite dead;
My tummy's quite "goo!"
My wallet's quite broken;
I could feel quite blue!

But I don't!--and I don't want YOU to feel those after-Christmas blues, either. So let's throw out the tree, trim the tummy, mend the wallet, and renew the spirit! It's time for "Alphabeta 2012!"--a test drive down the super-information highway of the Web!
The highway goes right past the front porch of "Peggie's Place." We need no map and no money--just a mini-mouse and a maxi-sense of adventure! So let's get off our rockers (with no comments from friends, please!), get in our buggies, fasten our seat belts, and go! A New Year's Prayer
There are those things we dread in life
we can't always control
like family wounds and old regrets
that fester in the soul.
They kill the joy and steal the peace
that Christ was born to give.
And bandaged hearts long bruised by hurts
hold love much like a sieve.
Please use me Lord to find a way
to make a brand new start.
If you will show me what to do
I'll gladly do my part.
