Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

Extreme is "in" within our culture today - extreme sports and more. AND if you're an Italiano, as I am, you're "extreme" anything - the emotional, the melo-dramatic, and whatever else descriptive we Italians take with good humor and teasing.

This week's news is the "extreme search" now going on in Aruba to dig up any evidence of a two-year-old unsolved criminal investigation. But I know of an "xtreme search" going on daily by the Chief of all investigators, God Himself. He seearches the minds and hearts of us all - He knows and good and the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. Nothing is hidden from Him.

You may think it's a negative, but think again. It's a positive. I love a God who knows me so well, who understands my motives, my dreams, my wishes, my every internal crisis - and knows how to solve any problem. He is the Extreme Searcher and He is GOOD at what He does.....

Lord, let your extreme searchlight shine on us today. Remove the bad, replace it with the good - thanks for KNOWING us as no human being ever will - and accepting us "just as we are," while wanting to change us daily into Your likeness and grace. In Jesus' Name, Amen."
