"That is your final answer?" Words that used to bring back memories of heavy-duty tests in school--no more! Now it brings to mind the hottest game show on ABC-TV, "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" SO--who WOULDN'T want to be a millionaire--uh, think again! Read the after-stories of "big-bucks" winners--the money miracles can turn into nightmares of federal taxes, frenzied spending binges, feuds and fights--all the way from the palace to the poorhouse! No, thanks--that's millionaire madness! I might be tempted (money's NICE...grin!), but I'll not exchange my life--nor my name--for a million dollars!
Life--REAL life--is more than money; it's love, peace, joy; family, friends, faith--things that money can't buy--and riches we find at the Well where Jesus waits. Come with me...there's no momumental money prize waiting, but I guarantee you an eternal treasure that beats the biggest mansion or Mercedes in town! Well, are you coming? That's your final answer??....grin.....come on! Let's explore the riches of Christ and have a little fun too!

I'm Rich in His Grace!
"In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace (Ephesians 1:7 KJV)."
I come to Him in my poverty of spirit; He pours upon me grace without measure--grace for my yesterdays, my todays and my tomorrows--and enough for us all. He redeems me, restores me and renews me. He surrounds me with loving grace, uplifting grace, all-encompassing grace each day of my life. I rejoice in the riches of His grace--it beats the wealth of this world--and I'm rich in Him!
I'm Rich in His Goodness!
"...the riches of his goodness...(Romans 2:4 KJV)."
I come to Him in my poverty of soul, for there's no goodness in me. He fills my soul with the fruit of His Spirit, and I am rich indeed. Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, self-control....He's STILL workin' on me, for filling me with His goodness is a life-long task--but I rejoice in the riches of His goodness AND patience in my life. It beats the wealth of this world--and I'm rich in Him!
I'm Rich in His Glory!
"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 KJV)."
I come to Him in my poverty of life--physical, spiritual, emotional, financial--and He fulfils the deepest needs of my heart. Miracles happen as He meets me where I need Him the most. Some days it's in the secret places of personal needs; sometimes it's in the more obvious places of life needs, but He's there. The King of Glory answers my deepest cry--He never fails. I rejoice in the riches of His glory--it beats the wealth of this world--and I'm rich in Him!
So what's my final answer? Will I walk with the King? Will I, like Moses of old, "esteem the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt (Hebrews 11:26)?" Yes--a million times yes--and THAT'S my final answer--and I'm sure it's yours too. We may be blessed with earthly riches HE provides or we may never know an overflowing bank account--but we commit the keeping of our life and its riches or non-riches to Him. We rejoice in the riches of His grace, His goodness and His glory--and we're rich indeed!
