A pig and a chicken were walking by a church where a gala charity event was
taking place. Getting caught up in the spirit, the pig suggested to the
chicken that they each make a contribution.
"Great idea!" the chicken cried. "Let's offer them ham and eggs?"
"Not so fast," said the pig. "For you, that's a contribution. For me, it's
a total commitment."

There was a man who was followed everywhere he went by a little green
man. He would try to get away from this little green man, but would never
accomplish this goal. Every time the man would say something to the
little green man, he would simply reply "I love you, I love you!"
As his day went on he would scream and shout "What do you want? What is
it you need?" And in reply he got the same as always, "I love you, I love
you!"
One day, out of frustration, the man took the little green pest on the
top of the highest building in the world and said, "That's it! I've had
it!" As usual he heard the joyful voice below him saying, "I love you, I
love you!" Knowing what he was doing was wrong in the back of his mind
didn't stop him from picking up that little green man and throwing him
over the edge. All the way down you could hear the fading little voice
saying, " I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you!"
The man peered over the edge just in time to see the little green man hit
the ground. Somehow, no physical harm was done, but for the first time a
small tear could be seen rolling from the little green man's eye. He
looked up with a little faint smile and simply said, "I love you, I love
you."
