Ever get tired of the rat race? Running at work, at home, at school, at church...we run from one task to the next, from one committee to the next, from one project to the next...and we are all worn out. No wonder!

My words to the running Christian? Very simple--"Rest, Christian, Rest!" It's quite biblical, quite reasonable, and as a matter of fact, just what I plan to do this evening. You see, it's Memorial Day, and I've decided that I need to take my own advice and "rest, Christian, rest!"

Jesus did...and so must we! So wind down once in a while, take time out for yourself--as I'm going to do right NOW....that is, after I prepare picnic stuff for my family...grin!

God bless--and give you a GOOD rest sometime this day...and you will have a wonderful day!
