Waiting around in airports can be boring...or it can be fun! If you're a bookworm like me, you head for the bookstores for a book! I found one--"Staying Up, Up, Up in a down, down world (daily hope for the daily grind)" by Zig Ziglar (Thomas Nelson Publishers). Wow--what a wealth of inspiration while I waited for my plane! He grabbed my attention in the preface of the book, let alone the actual contents!

Ziglar admits that life will not be trouble-free, but he encourages readers to live life "based on the power of God and an understanding of advanced mathematics: you + God = enough." Another WOW--for you see, I have a son who is INTO advanced math and I cannot understand one thing in any of his five-pound books--but I CAN understand this! ME plus God is ENOUGH, and so...

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! There's enough love, grace, joy, strength, peace, forgiveness, mercy to go around. Enough for you, enough for me; enough for my nerves, enough for my need. Enough to cover yesterday's pain, today's perplexity and tomorrow's promise. "Enough is Enough!" need not be a negative statement of exasperation--it can be a positive declaration of faith. "The Lord IS My Shepherd, and I SHALL not want!"--enough IS enough! Say it today--all day long--and have a GREAT day!

Delight in a Word from the Well--a refreshing in the Water of His Word

The Indescribable Christ!--He is ENOUGH!

Draw from the Well--a prayer for renewing strength for this day

"Lord, sometimes, in utter frustration, I cry, 'Enough is enough!' Help me to understand in a positive way how true it is--enough IS enough--when it's coming from the Shepherd's Hand. You give grace, love, mercy, forgiveness, fortitude--whatever I need--and it's enough. Help me appropriate Your promises today, In Jesus' Name, Amen."
