Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

"Abraham, Isaac, Jacob - and ME!?!"

Today's Bible reading (International Bible Society): Psalm 100:1-5 (NIV) . . . Visit Bible Gateway for Verse of the Day!

Three generations - just like me....how did we EVER get THIS OLD?? I'm my dad's daughter and now I have sons (which puts me in MIDDLE AGE - grin - I wish!). Never mind the age, I'm just here to holler across the "messed-up Ozarks" - after the ice storm - that "HIS faithfulness continues through all generations."

God's provided for our family all my life. I've heard the stories from godly parents of how God provided and met their every need. I saw it with my own eyes. But that's not all....I not only saw it for myself - I experienced it in my own skin! The faithfulness of God is the story of my life

BUT that's not all either. Our sons saw God's faithfulness during this crazy ice storm - and now have the opportunity to experience God's faithfulness for themselves. They are living it, daily, as they love God and place their lives in His perfect control.

We live in a world of problems - of crises - in us and around us. But let's make today a day to praise the Lord - to say, "Thank You, Lord, for Your specific faithfulness to ME....." - and now you can SING as the Scripture says - songs of joy, and whether they're praise-and-worship or the old hymns we love, sing, just sing - God's heart will be pleased - and YOU will have a God-filled, choco-rich day!

SO, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - you've got nothing on me. The God you served is my God too - His faithfulness would fill a book I've yet to write. Would AUDIO do? Then have a seat, if you'd like - be prepared to sit for a LONG time and bring a lunch - it's a good tale and it's all true!
