Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

Dysfunctional families usually have something in common - and it's NOT forsaken, FAITHFUL and forever. It's forsaken, FORGOTTEN and forever....and it's no fun! People forget and forever flee the vows once made before God - faithfulness does not exist, except in the dictionary you may own! Heartaches in today's families abound; heavy issue must be addressed, heavy hearts must be healed.

Jesus knows what "forsaken" means - He's been there/done that on an old rugged Cross, when God Himself could not look upon His beloved Son carrying the sin of the whole world - He was forsaken that we might never be, whatever our plight in life.

God will always be there for you, whatever the dysfunction, the loss, the faithless actions of another. He knows - and He will ever be faithful to you.

"Great is Thy Faithfulness, Lord unto me," both now and forever more. We will praise Him in this life and in the next - King of Kings, Lord of Lords - ever faithful to us all. Believe it, receive it, and have a wonderful weekend.

Today I would encourage you to focus on The Indescribable Christ. Memorize the verses and in the tough times, they will surface just when you need them - He's faithful to His Word and to YOU this day!
