Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

"The Counselor Has Come!"
Today's Bible reading (International Bible Society): John 15:26-27 (NIV)

I love to hear Lille Knauls sing, with great gusto, "The Comforter Has Come." He has - but He's also a counselor, and how desperately we need a counselor in each of our lives.
Decisions, decisions, decisions - we face them every day. And what to do? We sometimes haven't a clue - but HE does. He's the "Spirit of truth" and when He speaks, we listen---or do we? Let's not brush away those nudgings of the Lord when He speaks to us, deep within our spirits. He speaks truth and we must listen - for our own good and the good of others to whom He will send us.
Decide today to make a new commitment to listen to the inner Counselor who abides with you. He wants to make known to you the "whole counsel of God" in whatever tough decision you are facing this day. Believe it, begin to listen and you will have a God-filled, Spirit-filled, rich and choco-filled day!
PRAYER: Lord, I need a heavenly Counselor today....the One and Only One who can show me what to do in my situation this day. You know all the angles of the problem; You see what I cannot see, and so I rely on Your wisdom and strength to resolve what I will face today, In Jesus' Name, Amen."
