Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

...and it's not a scary movie or Twilight Zone - it's real! World annihilation is coming, but it's beyond our comprehension - unless we talk about the ravages of war and the repeated threat of nuclear war; then we may have an mini-view of what's to come on Planet Earth some day. Sounds dreadful but God's Word is true. His justice is as real as His mercy - and someday, according to His Word, this old world will be no more.

"War no more" is part of the plan - God's plan - but before that's a reality, and He wipes away the terror and the tears; and before our world is no more, "how ought we to live?" Is there a code of ethics for the army of the Lord? Can we do it? Can we live it?

As we remember the sacrifices of our soldiers on this Memorial Day, let us commit within our hearts to live as "shining lights on a hill" for all evil to see; may we reflect God's goodness and holiness and know without a doubt that His righteousness will prevail. War no more, world no more, and HE wins - aren't you glad to be on God's side today!
