Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

"Hey, Mister Caveman, Move Over and Meet Me!"
Daily Manna's Bible reading: Colossians 1:13-18 (NIV)
Saw one of the best church bulletin signs I've even read in my life: "Come to church this Sunday. So easy even a caveman can do it!" Love the play on words referring to the popular, creative, "caveman" commercials on TV (see links below)!Hmmmm....seriously, I'm not a student of science, but I cannot picture Adam and Eve as the first cave people, communicating with God by grunts and groans, walking on all fours, doing whatever "cavemen" were supposed to do and be ten million years ago.
I believe my first mom and dad had incredible human intelligence. Were Adam alive and a KID today (imagine THAT one!), he'd probably be in the school's gifted program. After all, he DID name the animals.....what caveman, outside of TV commercials, could do THAT??
So, hey, Mister Caveman, move over 'n meet me! God has made me in His own image - to sense, speak, reason and believe. Whatever secular science may say, I, Peggie Bohanon, am made in HIS image. I do not walk on all fours with grunt-and-groan commands to my "cave-man kids" to clean their rooms.....chuckle!! I am HIS creation. He made me, He knows me, He loves me, He gives me breath and helps me believe HIS Word. I may not have a doctorate in caveman science, but that's ALL I need to know - how about you!
Believe you are HIS creation and in HIS care - even a commercial caveman can do THAT - or can he?? Munch on that one, text-message your answer on the caveman cell-phone, and have a great, God-enriched, God-created, choco-rich day!
