Often I see "Two Men and a Truck," a hauling business enterprise in our city, as it barrels down the highway, moving furniture from one place to another - you can't miss it because of its unique name.....But here's a story about four men 'n a mat that intrigues us in today's Bible reading. In desperation, the men would move heaven and earth - and a roof, if need be - to get their friend to Jesus for healing. They did - and He did, and the story ends happily - after the home owner repaired the roof, of course!

Are you desperate for a touch from the Master today? Cut a hole in YOUR roof (uh...figuratively speaking...) and place the mat of your needs before the Master. He is "the same, yesterday, today and forever" and awaits your cry. It's a roof job you don't want to miss for the world!!

Believe it - and have a delightful, decadent-choco-covered day - for "Taste and see - the Lord is good!"
